Refund and Cancellation Policy

We believe in transparency and fairness. Please read the terms below carefully before joining Profit with Nutrition.

14-Day Refund Policy

The sign-on fee covers your training and access to the 2 Fuel Tanks intellectual property for use within your licensed business.

If you decide not to continue with Profit with Nutrition (PwN), you may request a 75% refund of the sign-on fee within 14 calendar days of receiving access to the 2FT materials.

The remaining 25% retained by PwN covers onboarding, training and support provided during this period, together with access to the 2FT intellectual property.

After the first 14 days, the sign-on fee is non-refundable, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

The 14-day refund policy applies only to the initial sign-on fee and does not apply to weekly license fees.

 

You’ll have an initial 4-week license-free period beginning on the first day you receive access to the PwN materials. This gives you time to become familiar with delivering the program, build your leads and begin delivering the program to clients.

You may cancel your licence at any time during this 4-week period without owing any future weekly licence fees.

Your first weekly license payment will be processed on the first Monday following completion of your 4-week license-free period.

However, the sign-on fee is non-refundable after the initial 14-day refund period.

The weekly license fee of $67 begins after your initial 4-week license-free period. Your first payment will be processed on the first Monday following completion of your 4-week license-free period.

All subsequent weekly license payments will be processed automatically each Monday. 

A minimum 6-month license commitment applies from the start of your paid license period. After completing the 6-month commitment, trainers may cancel their license at any time by providing at least 7 days’ written notice before their next Monday billing date.

There are no partial refunds for weeks that have already been billed.

In exceptional circumstances, PwN may consider refund requests outside these terms on a case-by-case basis.

PwN reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program by providing 30 days’ notice to all active licence holders. In such cases, any prepaid fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
